Job Opportunity: Asset Manager, Mapleton Fall Creek Development Corporation
The Asset Manager is a full-time position that reports to the Mapleton Fall Creek Development Corp. Executive Director and works with the guidance of the Property Management Committee. Manage the operation of all rental housing owned by the Corporation and under contract for management, and will provide on-going management for property being held for development as well as the Corporation offices at 130 E. 30th Street. In addition to the physical management of said property which may include hands-on maintenance, the incumbent will play a key role in the resident development activities for tenants including securing funding for such activity. Provide organizational support by contributing to the annual business plan, budget, and ongoing community relations.
