Job Opportunity: Director of Operations (Workforce Development), Vincennes University
Vincennes University is seeking applicants for a Director of Operations, Region 11 in Fort Branch, IN. The Director of Operations for Workforce Development is responsible for full operations of programs provided by Vincennes University Workforce Development Services in Region 11.
This responsibility extends to those activities which are funded by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and other workforce programs as may be coordinated with the Region 11 Workforce Board.
The Director of Operations reports to the Executive Director for Workforce Development, and receives general supervision and guidance as required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Associate’s Degree AND significant managerial/leadership experience required. Program management is also preferred. The individual must demonstrate a knowledge and support of the University and Workforce Development/Community Services mission and philosophy. This is a full time grant funded professional staff position with benefits.
