Other duties include maintaining mortgage documents, payment reporting, and delinquencies.</p>
<p>Performance is accomplished through the following roles, responsibilities, and key result areas.<br />
PERFORMANCE ROLES</p>
<ul>
<li>Leadership role – Function as the primary developer of partner family management practices and policies</li>
<li>Partner Family advocate role – Serve as the primary advocate for the partner families through the process from selection to post-closing activities, and recruit volunteers that will exceed expectations as advocates for the families throughout the process.</li>
<li>Education role – Assist partner families in developing home ownership skills through the develop and implementation of the affiliates HomeWorks program.</li>
<li>Team role – Function as a member of the Habitat leadership team</li>
<li>Communication role – Serve as the primary information contact for all partner families.</li>
</ul>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule and conduct enrollment meeting and orientations in office or at satellite locations.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize records and statistics on potential partner families.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Family Selection committee to solicit and select partner families.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Family Support committee and Executive Director any workshops or other activities required for each partner family.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with all partner families.</li>
<li>Coordinate all partner family classes conducted by outside personal, and work with Volunteer coordinator if any instructor needs arise.</li>
<li>Work closely with Family Support committee to develop ongoing resources for homeowners, including a newsletter and a homeowner handbook.</li>
<li>Ensure proper communication between partner families and Construction Coordinator (home selections and repairs), Volunteer Coordinator and Family Advocate</li>
<li>Track late mortgage payments and generate accurate and timely monthly invoices, late payment letters and other communications concerning mortgage issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Executive Director to manage mortgage delinquencies.</li>
<li>Develop and administer a process for assessing partner family satisfaction and impact of ministry in collaboration with Communications Coordinator.</li>
<li>Keep accurate and timely records of all Partner Family records including sweat equity, classes attended, and dedications attended.</li>
<li>Work with title company to prepare all closing materials\</li>
<li>Coordinate all home dedications with the Office Coordinator and Communications Coordinator to ensure proper media and attendance.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a Family Advocate training program. Recruit more advocates as needed, work with the Volunteer Coordinator if necessary.</li>
<li>Optimize resources from the affiliate to help with recruiting more families from the community.</li>
<li>Attend appropriate committee meetings, staff meetings, affiliate events, and home dedications</li>
<li>Complete all other tasks given from the Executive Director that may not be listed above.</li>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a long-term comprehensive community development (CCD) initiative that aims to support the implementation of locally-driven quality-of-life plans in targeted Evansville communities. Following int he success of our initiative in the Glenwood neighborhood, Habitat is leading a quality-of-life planning process in the Jacobsville neighborhood.</p>
<p>NRI requires a skilled staff member who will be responsible for the community organizing and outreach efforts as part of a comprehensive planning process.  This staff member will plan and implement outreach, organizing and research efforts in coordination with the Development Director to assist in the creation and implementation of a quality-of -life plan for the target community.  The staff member also serves as a project manager on any number of related projects and supports the communication strategy for the local program.</p>
<p>The position will report directly to the Development Director. This is a full-time position with benefits offered in accordance with Habitat for Humanity of Evansville policy.</p>
<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build relationships and identify new leadership as part of the CCD planning effort.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain contact with residents and community organizations through recruitment and implementation of activities related to CCD.</li>
<li>Network with community groups in conjunction with the community and resident leaders as appropriate.</li>
<li>Follow-up with residents, local businesses, and other nonprofit organizations on activities related to CCD activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate and carry-out logistics for meetings, events and relevant activities for CCD projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other organizations and staff engaged in Habitat and CCD as appropriate.</li>
<li>Create and maintain record keeping information systems related to CCD.</li>

Executive Director and works with the guidance of the Property Management Committee. Manage the operation of all rental housing owned by the Corporation and under contract for management, and will provide on-going management for property being held for development as well as the Corporation offices at 130 E. 30th Street. In addition to the physical management of said property which may include hands-on maintenance, the incumbent will play a key role in the resident development activities for tenants including securing funding for such activity. Provide organizational support by contributing to the annual business plan, budget, and ongoing community relations.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After 21 years of successful affordable housing development, Housing Partnerships, Inc. is combining its programs with Aging and Community Services of South Central Indiana, Inc. This mission-driven strategy creates a framework for the combined organization (“Agency”) to provide more comprehensive services to clients and have greater impact on communities within our 5-county service area.</p>
<p>As a member of the Agency’s senior leadership team, the new Housing Director (“HD”) will oversee all housing production, repair, and property management programs. The HD will work closely with the Executive Director to set both strategic and annual housing goals, budgets, and financing strategies. The HD will be responsible to develop a strong project pipeline; develop funding strategies and secure project funding; oversee all housing production; administer grants; and fulfill all requirements of current and past funding sources.</p>
<p>The HD will oversee a staff of 10, including direct supervision of HPI’s Construction Manager, Property Maintenance Manager, Client Services Manager, and Administrative Assistant.</p>
<p>Performance will be evaluated based on meeting the specific goals, deadlines, and other quality indicators established for this position, positive collaboration with other employees, and building effective relationships with clients, volunteers, and others coming into contact with the Agency.</p>
