Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH) is circulating the “Dear Colleague” letter below among her colleagues in the House of Representatives. Representative Fudge’s letter asks members of the House Appropriations Committee to provide at least $1.6 billion of funding for the HOME Program in FY 2014. Please urge your Member of Congress in the House of Representatives to sign onto this letter. The deadline for House Members to sign the letter is close of business Tuesday, April 9.
